Teacher Jobs - Teacher Jobs Information

Why do Teachers choose TiES International?

Teaching is something that you are passionate about, and teaching is something that TiES are passionate about too.

TiES is a company that has brought together a group of people who are extremely knowledgeable about two things, finding the right school for the right teacher and finding the right teacher for the right school.

Choosing TiES International Teacher Recruitment

And more importantly, when you choose TiES to work on your behalf, you will find a recruitment company that will do everything it can to help you find a teaching position that you will enjoy and live up to your expectations. Of course you have teaching experience and appropriate qualifications, you may also have the experience of teaching on the international scene.

At TiES we want to form a Teacher TiES Realtionship with you that will last well beyond your initial teaching post or contract. Many other teacher recruitment companies will only offer you advice on what you should ask about the teaching post you may be taking up – in other words they make it your responsibility.

At TiES, we feel it’s our responsibility, we ask the important questions and do the background work well before seeking you out and we will ensure that what the school has on offer is both real and qualified.

International schools offer different salary packages and contracts. Many international recruitment agencies will offer you advice about being careful that the school can offer a package to suit your needs. They will tell you “not to be afraid to ask questions about health cover, flights, pensions and school places for your children”, and to be fair all very relevant.

For example, accommodation is an increasingly important issue in some countries. In many parts of the Middle East teachers are asked to share accommodation, and families can be housed in inappropriate spaces. TiES will tell you exactly what is on offer, what accommodation can be found and where other established teachers live within the area.

Local knowledge is obviously important

How much is the cost of living? What is the health-care like? Will we need a car? Is there a good social scene? Can I afford to travel, or join a gym?

These are important questions and the answers could have far-reaching implications on your quality of life.

And you can believe us, teaching and living in Moscow is very different from teaching and living in London as is different from teaching and living in Beijing.

We do our homework

At TiES we ask all these questions and find the answers well before your interview. You will be confident when TiES recommend you for a teaching post we are choosing you because we are very confident that you have what this international school is looking for.

We are confident you will know that the position is right for you and the salary is right for you. TiES will help you check your contract and negotiate on your behalf and make sure that the school can offer everything you need. In general TiES will do its very best to find out what you are looking for and match your needs with the vacancies we have.
